Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the RCR Edutech website and to the RCR Campus service we provide to schools. A signed order or quote may add to or replace these terms for a particular school.

The service

RCR Campus is a cloud school management system. We host it, maintain it and provide support. The modules available to a school are those named in its plan or quote.

Fees and payment

• Plan prices are shown in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as chosen by the school.
• If payment is overdue, we may restrict the service to read-only until it is settled.

Your data

A school owns the data it enters. We keep it in a database separate from other schools and will help you export it if you leave. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter and for keeping their logins confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another school's data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either party may end the service with written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable unless agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction.
